Wait at least three to five days for the glue to fully dry. This stops the tint film from bubbling, peeling, or getting damaged.
Use a soft microfiber cloth and a cleaner that doesn't contain ammonia. To keep the tint perfect, stay away from rough or harsh chemicals.
With the right care, high-quality tints can last for 5 to 10 years. To keep the color and adhesion, don't leave it in the sun for long periods of time or use harsh cleaning products.
Your newly tinted windows require time to fully dry and cure. During this period, you may notice:
Do not roll down the windows for at least 3–5 days to avoid disrupting the tint’s adhesion.
Avoid cleaning the windows for at least a week to allow the film to fully set.
Do not press, poke, or scratch the tint while it is curing, as it can be easily damaged during this time.
While every effort is made to ensure a clean installation, small amounts of dust or minor imperfections can sometimes become trapped under the film. This is normal and will not affect the performance or durability of your tint.
Following proper aftercare practices will help maintain the clarity and appearance of your window tint over time.
Once your tint has fully cured, you may clean your windows. Please adhere to the following guidelines:
Use a soft microfiber cloth and ammonia-free glass cleaner.
Avoid using abrasive materials such as rough sponges, paper towels, or harsh chemicals.
Apply gentle pressure when wiping to avoid lifting or damaging the edges of the film.
Be cautious with seat belts, keys, or sharp objects near the windows to prevent accidental scratches.
Avoid applying stickers or suction cups directly onto the tinted surface.
Although exposure to sunlight and environmental elements may cause slight fading over time, regular maintenance can greatly extend the life and appearance of your tint.
Give the film 3 to 5 days to fully cure before rolling down your windows. This will help the tint look perfect and last longer. When you clean, always use cleaners that don't contain ammonia and a soft microfiber cloth to avoid scratches or damage. Don't put sharp things, stickers, or decals on tinted surfaces, and try to park in the shade when you can to limit how long the sun is on the car. Cleaning your windows regularly will help get rid of dirt and dust that can damage the tint. Small bubbles that appear at first should go away within a few days. If they don't, call your installer. Be careful of very hot or very cold weather, as sudden changes in temperature can damage the film. You might also want to have a professional check your tint every so often to make sure it stays clear, protects against UV rays, and lasts a long time.
